Gamificaton can be applied for multiple use cases with significant impact on business results. Improving employee engagement, driving higher efficiency and boosting knowledge are just some of the potential applications.

But how can you get started? In this session we will provide a blueprint for planning an employee-centric gamification project. We will review what scenarios lend themselves best to which gamification elements. We will help define which behaviors you should focus on and how to impact them with game mechanics. Lastly, we will discuss who should be involved in the process, how to get them excited about the onboarding process, and when the best time to do so is.
